River Girls creates items fresh each week. Work occurs in small batches. This artisan approach means we view each customer as a valued client. Kindly allow 3-7 business days to prepare and ship your order. River Girls maintains a small inventory of most items so the time period may be less. If your item is for a special occasion, and time is critical, please let us know. Special event, custom and specialty order soaps require adequate lead time.

Your package will arrive via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. When possible, we will use Priority Flat rate boxes. ALL ORDERS include tracking. In over a decade of using the USPS, not one shipment has been lost.
A Word about Returns
Given the nature of our products and the risk of contamination, we regret that all sales are final. However, we will answer any questions about the scents, colors and sizes of our products. We will also work closely with you in the rare occasion that your package does not arrive or is damaged.
